Our mentorship program is designed to pair university students with mentees that have achieved career successes in the corporate world and or in the entrepreneurship space. The objective being that the mentor provides the mentee with life coaching and guidance in preparation for an entrepreneurship or corporate world career, mentors are also expected to help guide mentees through the university period and the development of a business plan where applicable. Mentor / Mentees are expected to engage at minimum twice a month where mentors check in and provide mentee guidance as necessary
o Timeline – Mentor and mentee applications are welcomed year round. Interested applicants need only write the foundation to indicate interest, a personal profile or resume should also be included in the letter.
......'What you want in a mentor is someone who truly cares for you and who will look after your interests and not just their own. When you do come across the right person to mentor you, start by showing them that the time they spend with you is worthwhile.'
